Shot description, purpose of the experiment:
  Electron-ITB produced with intense ECH in low density target.
  ECH is nearly central radial launch - no current drive.
  Series of resistive interchange modes - barrier regrowth starts shortly
  after this time.
  Note that discharge has both NBI (for diagnostics) and ECH.
  Impurity included in TRANSP run: COMPOSITE
  At t=0.205s, Zeff=2.38 and the average Z of impurities is Zimp=5.29
  (may include impurities other than the principle impurity).
