Tokamak: TFTR Pulse Number: 105314 Contact: S. Kaye Institution: PPPL, Princeton University Date of Shot: April 1, 1997 Analysis Code: TRANSP Run #: 105314a03 Analysis Date: Oct. 30, 1997 (update) Assumptions: Ti was measured by CXRS during NBI, but the kinetic total stored energy exceeds the magnetic measurement and the integrated Qie exceeds the ion beam heating power for r >~0.7a. The TRANSP analysis used here assumed Ti=Te during the period of beam injection; this is consistent with the magnetically measured total stored energy. The magnetic stored energy shows that the global tauE is maximized with all co-injection; the minimum tauE is between balanced and all counter injection. This trend is even stronger if the kinetic stored energy is used. Shot Desc.: DD L-mode 5 co/ 0 ctr sources L-mode Torque Scan (series TOR1) Publication: S.
