Assumptions: 	Te measured by ECE.  Ti calculated using chii = 2 x 
		chie. (note:  Ti profile is not measured and so no 
		isotopic scaling of chii cannot be discerned from this 
		experiment).  ICRF power deposition was via H 
		minority heating, the H minority density was set to 
		0.077 x ne. Antennas "L" and "M" are used at 64 MHz, 
		1 x OmegaH layer is within 5 cm from magnetic axis. 
		Newest version (1997) of the "Belgian" Spruce code 
		was used.
		
Shot desc: 	This is a deuterium RF-heated L-mode discharge in 
		sequence Iso3.  The RF heating power is 4.5 MW, 
		hydrogen minority.
