Assumption made for analysis:
this kind of shot is characterized by an electron temperature (Te) well above
the ion one (Ti), in such a way that the equipartition term becomes independant of
Ti. Electron and Ion channel are decoupled. Electron thermal diffusivity are
deduced from power balance analysis.

Fast Wave Electron Heating shot using ICRF antennas tuned to avoid minority
resonnances. Up to 4.5 MW of ICRF power applied from 5 to 9.5 sec
