*Shot description and purpose of exp.: Study of L-mode characterstics; The shot
 given is a companion shot to shot 68803, i.e. this shot is obtained under
 nearly the same conditions as #68803, except for Ne seeding, which is not 
 applied in this shot.
 The shot was heated with NBI-co + RF; Feedback control of the plasma
 energy was switched on to avoid beta collapses. Due to L-Mode confinement
 of this shot, the feedback did not act as the preset energy was not reached.
 Therefore for the whole duration of the discharge full NBI-co and RF powers
 are available.
