Other Info:	The time of interest of the shot is 3.6 sec. The
		stored energy reaches a peak at this time, then
		rolls over and decreases. There is no real 
		stationary time during the beam pulse; 3.6 sec
		was chosen because it is the peak of the 
		stored energy.

		Flat Zeff profiles from VB are used in the analysis.
